The probationary officer training programme is an initiative regularly conducted by ICICI bank since 2007. Candidates chosen through a well thought process are given training in banking domain, awarded a degree by Manipal university & inducted as employees of ICICI bank.

Eligibility:
The candidates should have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/ college with at least 55% marks obtained in it.
Age:
The ages of all candidates for recruitment is restricted to 25 years for all the posts mentioned brought into effect as on as on 31st December 2014 or born on or after 31st December 1989.
