Dear Mr Ganesh Chandran,
I have been working as a Software Engineer in your Company for the past three years and I really enjoyed working here. Since it is my first job after my graduation, I worked here with full enthusiasm and I gave my best.
This is to bring your kind notice that I shall not be able to continue my present employment due to certain unavoidable circumstances.
This letter may please be treated as a formal notice of 30 days from today (December 2, 2014), as per the terms and conditions specified in the appointment letter, to resign from the post.
I earnestly request you to kindly accept my resignation from the post of Software Engineer after the expiry of the said notice period on the 2nd of January, 2015.
