Me: Good Evening Mam, Good Evening Sirs..
M1: Good evening.. Have your seat
Me: Thank you, sir..
Sir: So your name is Prathyusha. What is the meaning of your name?
Sir: Ok Prathyusha you have done your MBA.. What is your specialization in MBA?
Me: Sir, major-finance and minor- marketing(They noted down my specialization)
Sir: What is fiscal deficit?
Me: Fiscal deficit is the difference between government expenditure and revenue.
Sir: What is FDI?
Me: FDI is foreign direct investment where a company from one country invests in the plant and machinery of another country.
Sir: Difference between FDI and FII?
Me: FDI is investing in plant and machinery so this is permanent, FII is investing in securities and this is temporary.
Sir: Which one is better for India?
Me: FDI sir as in FDI they establish their plants here with that our foreign reserves increases and employment increases FII ‘s are temporary sir if the market in our country is good they invest here if the market in some other country is good they will take their securities and invest in that country.
Sir: Good.. (smiled)

Me: SBI(Arundhati Bhattacharya), ICICI(Chanda Kochar), Axis(Shika Sharma)
Sir: Ok. What is hypothecation?
Me: I couldn’t remember that at that time… I said I don’t remember it right now sir….
Sir: Ok it is related to mortgage. If you know mortgage you can easily answer this one
Me: Sir mortgage is taking loan keeping land as security… Suddenly i remembered hypothecation is for vehicles…then i said sir hypothecation is taking loans keeping vehicles as security.
Sir: Good…ok Prathyusha nice meeting you… You may leave now.
