INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE

- My background: I-MBA
When we reached hotel, the union members of insurance met us at gate and gave some tips with some insurance information papers, then we entered to verifying officers .They were verifying friendly and after clearing all verification we went for computer proficiency test.
In the CPT there were two questions one in MS-Word and another from MS-Excel, in word you have to type some 10-12 sentences and in excel you have to create a table and write some data, those are practicing MS-word can do it easily, and i completed in 13 minutes.
Then i was called for interview, in panel there were 3 members(males) . I entered the room they greeted me and told to take my seat.
M1: Mr Ashish say something about yourself and your education qualification.
Me: Explained.
M1: You completed your I-MBA in 2012 so what you were doing in past 3 years?
Me: Explained with honest reply, i was preparing for Govt job entrance exams and i was teaching small school children and teaching computer fundamentals in small computer institute.
M1: You have done MBA then why didn’t you try for corporate jobs?
Me: Explained very well (In short, I didn’t get opportunity to serve there)
M2: What is difference between Permusive management and Authorative management?
Me: Explained in simple.
M2: Difference between autocratic manager and leader?
Me: Explained
M3: Mr.Ashish can you tell me the largest river in Tamil Nadu?
Me: Sir its Cauveri.
M3: Any other river?
Me: Sorry sir no idea.
M3: Two biggest rivers one from North Orissa and another from South Orissa.
Me: Rushikulya from south and subarnarekha from North
M1: Recently, Our PM visited which country and for what?
Me: France on climate change summit
M1: Your suggestion on climate change tackling.
Me: Explained nicely
M1: Do you qualified any other exams recently?
Me: IBPS PO and its interview is in January 2016.
M2: Are you ready to work in any farthest place of Orissa?
Me: Yes
M2: Say something about your family background.
Me: Answered
M2: What your Bhubaneswha city is famous for?
Me: Answered
M2: Full form of UNESCO
Me: united nations educational, scientific and cultural organistion
M2: Good, any UNESCO site of your state?
Me: Sun temple of Konark.
M1: Who is CM of UP and Dep cm of Bihar.
Me: Answered
M3: Who are their fathers?
Me: Answered
M2: Who is Mayawati?
Me: BSP SUPREME LEAER
M3: Her party symbol
Me: Elephant
M2: What is GDP and what is current rate now?
Me: GDP explained but can’t say current rate and said sorry sir i cannot recall it now.
M1: There was a super cyclone in orissa which year ?
Me: Oct 29, 1999
M2: What were the causalities in cyclone?
Me: Explained
M1: What is sethusamudram project?
Me: Explained very well
M3 – Do you know about Adams Bridge?
Me: Answered
Finally they were satisfied my answers, finally they said You may go now.
